Stop keeping every band’s gigs in your head.

Your gigs, your mileage from your own postcode and what every band owes you, on one free account.

Home: what needs you, the gigs coming up and each band you are in.

One diary for every band

  • Every band you play or dep for, in date order
  • Venue, times, line-up, day sheet and setlist
  • Say you are away before the date is taken
A gig’s money: the fee, everyone’s travel off the top and the equal split.

Your mileage, from your own postcode

  • Real driving distance, paid back before the split
  • A lift with stops counts as one journey
  • The whole sum on screen for you to check
Home on a phone: the next gig and what you are owed.

The bands you dep for

  • Any band can ask you, on the same account
  • Travel from your own postcode, not the member’s
  • Who owes whom, written down
What a dep is
One person’s monthly statement: every gig, their travel and the total owed.

A statement every month

  • What you are owed, and when it was paid
  • Corrected, never quietly rewritten
  • The whole year out as a file

Receipts kept as you go

  • Photograph the receipt and file it against the gig
  • See where your claim has got to
  • Every receipt in one download

Your gigs in your own calendar

Band Pro
  • One feed in Apple, Google or Outlook
  • Moves when a time or a venue changes
  • Read-only: nothing else in it is touched

The setlist on your phone

  • Keys and tempos, in order, for tonight
  • Opens like an app from your home screen
  • Works with no signal once opened

Questions players ask

Can I use it if my band isn’t on it?

Yes. Your account is yours: start a band for the gigs you play, add the fee and your postcode, and your travel, expenses and statements work straight away.

Does my bandleader see my expenses?

Only a claim you file against their band, because they pay it back. Your postcode is used for travel and never shown to other members.

What about the bands I dep for?

Same account, same diary. You see that gig, its day sheet and setlist, and nothing else. Your travel is from your own postcode, and the member you cover pays you.

Is it free?

For players, yes, always. A band’s plan (Band Pro, Band Pro + Bookings or Manager) is paid per band by whoever runs it, for extras like the calendar feed. Nothing here asks a player for a card.
