Four things you can pay for. Everything else is free.
A month free for every new band, and a month free of Bookings — once each. Free is a real tier after that, not a screen that stops working.
Free
For any band running itself
- Gigs, the pay split and travel
- Expenses and receipts
- Statements, deps and covering
- Days off and availability
- Songs, sets and to-dos
- The installed app, on a phone
Band Pro
Per band
- Everything in Free, without the caps below
- Connect your agency's sheet, synced daily
- Day sheets fetched and readable offline
- Your gigs kept up to date in your own calendar, deps included
- File approved statements to Drive
- Gear, PAT and insurance deadlines
- The journey builder, with stops
- Hand a permission to somebody else
- Email notifications, not just in-app
Manager
Per band you manage
- Every band you manage gets Band Pro
- Your own cut, per county, versioned by date
- Management statements, and grouped ones where you share a band
- Nothing of yours is visible to a band
Bookings
Per person, across all your bands
- Your own public booking page
- Enquiries, with a real date check
- Quotes a client accepts online
- Invoices, PDFs, reminders and receipts
Prices are set in pounds; you pay in US dollars at Stripe's rate on the day — about $16 a month today.
Free and Band Pro, side by side
These are the only caps. Nothing on Free is a demo, a watermark or a countdown.
| What | Free | Band Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Gigs you can attach files to | 4 | No limit |
| Storage for the band | 25 MB | 2 GB |
| Largest single file | 5 MB | 15 MB |
| People in the band | 6 | No limit |
| Bands you can create | 1 | No limit |
| Receipts a month | 20 | No limit |
| Distance lookups a month | 50 | 300 |
Two more limits apply on every plan, Band Pro included, because they protect the site rather than sell anything: how many files one person may upload in ten minutes, and how many times a day a stranger may check dates on a band's public booking page.
Questions people actually ask
Is there a contract?
No. A credit runs month to month and you stop it whenever you like; nothing is annual and nothing auto-escalates. Stopping does not delete anything — see the next answer.
What happens when a credit ends?
You get 7 days' grace, during which everything carries on as normal. After that the band goes read-only: every page still opens, every statement, receipt and gig is still there to read and to export — you just cannot write to it until a credit is applied again. Nothing is ever deleted for non-payment.
Is VAT on top?
No. We are not VAT-registered, so the price you see is the price you pay — there is nothing to add at the end.
Can a member pay for the band, or does it have to be the manager?
Anyone in the band can buy a Band Pro credit and apply it. It sits on the band, not on the person who paid, so the whole band gets it whoever pressed the button.
Do the people in my band have to pay?
No. A band pays once for Band Pro; everybody in it — members and deps alike — uses the app for nothing. Bookings is the one thing bought per person, because it is your invoicing rather than the band’s.
What if I manage more than two bands?
The Manager price drops from the third band onwards, and every band you manage gets Band Pro included rather than paying for it separately.
Start on Free, or start on a free month
Every new band gets a month of Band Pro to try, and it drops to Free on its own afterwards. No card to cancel.
