Stop chasing bands for a yes.

Send a band the gig and read their answer: confirmed, or declined with a reason. We set the agency up for you.

One gig an agency sent: what was sent, what has changed and a box to message the band.

Send a gig, get an answer

  • Date, venue, times, fee and client in one form
  • Confirmed, or declined with a reason
  • A later change waits for the band again
  • Every gig keeps its own history
An agency’s view of one band: the point of contact and the dates the band shared.

One page per band

  • One point of contact, nobody else
  • Only the dates the band chose to share
  • Their PAT, liability and risk certificates
  • A warning before a certificate runs out
An agency’s home: the bands it works with and the gigs it has sent.

Built for a roster

  • Agency managers see every band
  • Agency workers see the bands they are given
  • Search hundreds of bands from the top bar
  • On a phone too, in English or French

What you never see

  • Who is in the band
  • Anyone’s pay, travel or a manager’s cut
  • Statements, expenses and receipts
  • The band’s own bookings
  • Another agency’s gigs

  3. 3

    Link your bands

Invite a band by link, or accept the one it sends you.

Four questions

Can we sign an agency up ourselves?

No. Get in touch and we set the agency up, then send you a join link for your team. Bands sign themselves up; agencies do not.

Do we see what the band pays its members?

Never: no members, shares, travel, manager’s cut, statements or expenses. The fee you send is the fee the band receives.

What does the shared calendar show?

Only the dates the band chose to share, marked unavailable, plus your own gigs as booked or pencilled. No reasons and no names.

What if we change a gig the band has confirmed?

The band is told, the gig reads as changed until they confirm it again, and both sides see what changed in its history.

Tell us about your agency.

How many bands, and what you use today. We set it up and send the link.
